Requirements for Use

Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to conduct an EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group transaction. In addition, every customer of EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group must be the actual owner of any and all property sold or attempted to be sold to EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group.

The customer must be acting on his or her own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person.

Deliveries

EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items whilst in transit to us. Please therefore ensure that you select the most appropriate shipping method for your items and that it is adequately insured.

We strongly recommend you send all items using Registered NZ Post Delivery. Please do not use normal NZ Post mail or Freighted Courier Packs as their insurance is inadequate.

EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject delivery of any mail, envelope or package which appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with and any such mail, envelope or package will be returned by the post office to the customer.

EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group shall have no liability to any customer for any such attempted delivery or return of any such items.

Please ensure you package all items appropriately. We recommend using a robust, padded 'Jiffy' style envelope.

Gold Testing

It is important to note the items may become tarnished where testing takes place.

Such tarnishing is however superficial and can be polished out.

In some circumstances, it may be necessary to scrape a very small sample of metal from the item.

If this occurs, we will always do our best to ensure this is done on an area of the item that is not usually visible.

If, following testing, we determine an item is not gold, it will be returned to the customer using Registered NZ Post Delivery.

Inspection & Liability

Client acknowledges EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group has the final & absolute discretion in valuing & authenticating all items sent via online trading.

If said items are found not to be as described by client EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group reserves the right to either refuse to buy \ purchase goods and or return goods to client.

In no event shall EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group be liable to any party, including any insurance carrier. EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group shall not be liable for any subrogation claim brought by customer's insurance carrier and by submitting an item(s) to EZYCASH LOANS Licensed Group customer expressly and specifically waives any such subrogation claim on his or her behalf as well as on behalf of his or her insurance carrier.
